By registering or using this site you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 and provide accurate information.
You are responsible for what you submit. Only list organizations you represent, and only add founders who have agreed to be listed. You grant OSN a license to display your submitted content in the directory and on OSN channels while it is listed. OSN may review, edit, decline or remove listings and accounts at its discretion.
No spam, scraping, harassment, impersonation, or misleading claims. Do not use member contact details (including founder LinkedIn links and intro replies) for mass or unsolicited marketing. Intro requests are limited to protect members.
OSN verifies investor accounts to unlock additional startup information, but OSN does not vet startups or investors, guarantee any outcome, or act as a broker, advisor or funding portal. Nothing on this site is investment, legal or tax advice or an offer to sell or a solicitation to buy securities. Do your own diligence.
The directory links to organizations we do not control. Details such as eligibility, deadlines and cost may change; confirm with the organization.
The site is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent allowed by law, OSN is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or from dealings with other members.
You can delete your account in Account settings. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio.
